I'll admit it; I'm a lazy, night owl who has trouble convincing herself to leave the house some days. I don't see why that should keep me from being happy
I'm going to do this the healthy way because I don't want to be thin, I want to be healthy. I want to be able to hike or cave or run with friends and not be the weak one. I want to go to sleep, sleep through the night, and sleep well. I'm going to do this because, simply put, It's Possible.
I'm going to blog about it because maybe, if you’re a little lazy like me, seeing someone like me do it, will encourage you.

I haven’t posted anything in a long while, and I have to apologize for that

Life’s been super crazy, I’ve been trying to pull my AP class grades up to A’s, trying to prepare for AP Exams, my English Teacher went crazy and assigned like 5 large assignments every day for last week and this week, I’m starting to look for a job, and I’m starting to feel this year’s sleep deprivation (get as much sleep as you can, for real!), and I have to prepare for Girl’s State at the end of this month. Again, I’m sorry for my lack of posts, but I’ll be back soon, with measurement reports, some thoughts on exercises, a running playlist, and maybe even a photo or two!

Until then, take care, and stay strong. You not only can reach your goal, but will. Excuse the cheesiness, haha

I’m probably going to gain a little here, we’re getting ready for AP Exams and I seriously don’t know how much time I can dedicate to exercise

It  certainly isn’t going to be 5 days a week like usual

But exams are the week after next, and I’ll be back with a vengeance c:

Hold ya thought ! Here’s a 75 calories ice cream you should make for yourself tonight :) 
12 oz almond milk 
1 tsp vanilla 
1 tbsp sweetener 
dash of salt 
1 tbsp greek yogourt 
Blend, freeze for about an hour, blend again - put in a Ziploc container for about 1H and it’ll have perfect consistency.
